Refund policy
Bella Freak does everything possible to ensure the product you get is of good quality, without defects, and will be something you enjoy having on your face. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the requirements and process to ensure the smooth facilitation of your request.
Sometimes things just don't work out the way we like. Good news... if you decide you do not like the style you purchased, Bella Freak can process an exchange or refund for Eligible Items.
- Refunds to the original form of payment will be accepted within the first 15 calendar days*
- Exchanges for store credit will be accepted within 30 calendar days*
*Calendar days begin from the day the tracking page shows the product was delivered to you, to the day the return is postmarked to be sent back.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Item(s) must be returned within the specified time frame above.
- Item(s) must be unworn and without damage or scratching.
- Item(s) must be returned with all original plastic coverings, packaging, accessories, and cases.
- Item(s) were not on sale or discounted over 20% (all sale/ discounted items over 20% are final sale, non-refundable, and only eligible for exchange/ store credit at the discounted price).
- partial returns are only available for store credit if part of a discounted offer.
- If returning a damaged Item, photos of the damage are required as part of the return process.
Terms and Conditions:
Customers are responsible for the postage cost for the return. Unfortunately, Bella Freak does not currently provide free return shipping labels. Please email info@bellafreak.com with your shipping information and all relevant photos of damage (if applicable)
Bella Freak will waive the Restocking Fee for your first returned eligible item. If you are returning multiple items from a bulk purchase, only one restocking fee will be credited to your account.
